Centuria Vintage had the pleasure of collaborating with designer Christine Vroom on the Pacific Standard Prime Steakhouse project in Redondo Beach, California. Our custom lighting selections were carefully chosen to complement Vroom’s sophisticated design, enhancing the restaurant’s coastal California ambiance and overall dining experience. 

Pacific Standard Prime, founded in 2020 by Kevin and Caroline Leach, focuses on premium, sustainably sourced steaks with a California-inspired approach. The space balances modern elegance with a relaxed, welcoming feel, making it a truly memorable dining experience.
