Shipping & Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns on small parcel items (decor, gifts, lighting) WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED TO ALL REFUNDS, OR RECEIVE FULL STORE CREDIT WITH NO RESTOCKING FEES.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No damaged or used items will be eligible for a return. Customer pays for return shipping fees.

RETURNS ON DAMAGED ITEMS: In the event an item arrives to you damaged, a full refund or exchange will be honored and no return shipping fees apply.  Please open and inspect your item  upon delivery, and contact us within 5 business days to initiate the claims process. No items will be eligible for return once the 30 day return window has passed.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

FURNITURE:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FURNITURE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS THAT HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM FURNITURE ITEMS ONCE ORDER IS INITIATED  (Painted or stained items).

RETURNS ON DAMAGED FURNITURE: Furniture items require a signature at time of delivery. If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with CENTURIA with obvious freight damage, (damage to outside of box, etc.) you must refuse the shipment at time of delivery. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.

Once signed for, please open packaging upon arrival and inspect all items for damage. If damage is discovered, please contact us within 72 hours, so that a claim may be processed immediately and a replacement or refund issued. No items will be eligible for return once the 30 day return window has passed. 

VINTAGE ITEMS:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON VINTAGE ITEMS. 

RETURNS ON VINTAGE DAMAGED ITEMS: In the event a vintage item arrives to you damaged, a full refund or exchange (if replacement vintage item is available) will be honored. Please open and inspect your item upon delivery, and contact us within 5 business days to initiate the claims process. No items will be eligible for return once the 30 day return window has passed.

SHIPPING:

CENTURIA SHIPS EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME SMALL PARCEL ITEMS (GIFTS, DECOR, LIGHTING) THAT MAY BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.  FOR FURNITURE ITEMS NEEDING TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, WE WILL ASSIST WITH LOCATING AN INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER. Qualifying items may require additional shipping fees. To clarify whether an item qualifies for international shipping and to receive a shipping quote, please contact us.

On many items, we offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US. If so, it is stated in the listing details under the SHIPPING TAB. On items where shipping is charged, it will be calculated at checkout.

We offer To the Trade discounts for designers, architects, contractors, film production companies, etc. We offer trade discounts of 10%-30%.
